Implement Annotation mode - Allow a user to create a new bounding box
Fixes an issue where the bounding box isn't rescaled properly to the original image dimensions
UI changes to the feedback form to indicate if bounding box changes have been saved
Spread out approve reject to lessen misclicks
Lock classify and annotate if there is no image loaded
Show feedback form to the left of bounding box and constrain to feed canvas
